Situation

Our client was contracted by a private developer to provide design services for the development of a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Florida and for a related public-private partnership for the design and construction of a highway infrastructure project in Honduras.

Outcome

Kirwin Norris successfully tried this matter in arbitration and obtained a judgment for all of our client’s damages.
