John has been practicing construction law in Florida for 25 years.  He has represented both public and private owners, as well as contractors, subcontractors, sureties and design professionals in the areas of both transactional construction law and construction litigation.  With regard to transactional construction law, John has drafted, revised, negotiated and edited various agreements, including prime contracts, subcontracts, design contracts and joint venture agreements.  In terms of construction litigation, John’s scope of experience includes construction lien and payment disputes, delay issues, construction defect claims and all other issues that arise on complex construction projects.  He has successfully protected his clients’ interests in jury trials, non-jury trials and arbitration with his primary goal of first-class, aggressive and dedicated representation.
