Jessica has more than 10 years of experience representing clients in the construction industry, both as in-house counsel for a large multinational EPC contractor and as outside counsel representing clients in construction defect and construction accident litigation. She has assisted contractors through all stages of a project, including but not limited to bid reviews, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, insurance procurement, schedule-based claims, insurance claims, payment disputes, performance bond claims, and termination claims.
