Dear Chrissy,

We cordially invite you to our April CFMA luncheon where

we will learn about recent evolutions in construction law.

Presented by: Brian P. Kirwin, Managing Partner, Kirwin Norris

Christene H. Ford, Associate, Kirwin Norris, PA

Brian developed an interest in construction while working for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in law school and has practiced in construction law exclusively since graduating from law school 23 years ago. He has represented all parties to the construction process, ranging from project inception through post-completion claims resolution. Brian has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has litigated all matters of construction disputes.

Christene represents clients in a multitude of construction disputes, ranging from small homeowner claims to multi-party defect matters.  She regularly advises clients on lien and bond issues, contract and payment disputes.
