On May 3, 2014, a few ladies from Kirwin Norris, P.A. traded in their pencil skirts and high heels for shorts and tennis shoes and headed to Daly Street in Orlando, Florida. The reason; to participate in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build and helping to build a home for the Leo family. It was a very wet day and the job at hand was working on the landscaping. The 20th annual IOA Corporate 5k took place at Lake Eola Park on Thursday, April 17, 2014. A few brave souls from Kirwin Norris went out to join the biggest office party in Orlando, Florida. With our tennis shoes shined and our music blaring in our ears, we set off on our journey through the brick roads of downtown Orlando along with over 18,000 other walkers/joggers/runners. Our hopes were high.

Ackerman, won a trial on behalf of a developer against a major elevator company in Miami-Dade County’s historic courthouse.
